A SIX-WEEK FIELD COURSE / COHORT 04

Make the model
do the work.

01 / THE FIELD GUIDE

A course in six
working sessions.

Not prompt hacks. A compact operating system for asking better questions, shaping better context, and making quality repeatable.

01
ORIENTATION

Think in systems, not magic.

Build a useful mental model of language models, tokens, constraints, and why confident wrong answers happen.

02
CONTEXT

Give the work a world.

Learn the context stack: role, audience, source material, boundaries, and the details that change an answer.

03
INTENT

Ask for the thing beneath the thing.

Turn vague requests into clear outcomes, decision criteria, formats, and prompts that know when they are done.

04
COMPOSITION

Design the prompt as a workflow.

Use stages, examples, checks, and handoffs to move from one clever response to a dependable production loop.

05
EVALUATION

Make quality visible.

Create lightweight evals, compare outputs, find failure modes, and improve a prompt without changing five things at once.

06
CAPSTONE

Ship your personal prompt kit.

Leave with a documented system for one real workflow: content, research, operations, sales, or your own strange corner.

02 / WHAT CHANGES

From “write me a thing”
to “here is the system.”

Good prompting is mostly good thinking made explicit. You will learn to expose the decisions hiding inside a request, then give the model a path through them.

03 / YOUR INSTRUCTOR

Hi, I’m Bert.
I build in public.

I’m an operator, designer, and lifelong tinkerer. I built B3Prompt after years of watching smart people lose hours to prompts that sounded good but produced work nobody could use.

My job is to make the invisible parts visible: the frame, the constraints, the evaluation, and the tiny choices that turn AI from a slot machine into a collaborator.

04 / FIELD NOTES

What builders
took back.

My prompts stopped being paragraphs of hope. I now know exactly what the model needs from me.

The evaluation session alone paid for the course. We cut review time on our research briefs by a third.

It feels like learning to use a new instrument, not memorising a bag of tricks.

06 / GOOD QUESTIONS

Before you
step in.

Is this for beginners?

Yes. You do not need a technical background. You need one real piece of work you want to make better.

Which AI model does the course use?

The principles travel across models. Examples use current general-purpose assistants, but the course teaches the thinking behind the interface, not loyalty to one vendor.

How much time should I set aside?

Plan for 90 minutes per weekly lesson and another 60–90 minutes to apply it to your own workflow. The live cohort adds one 75-minute workshop each week.

Can my team take it together?

Absolutely. Studio Day is built for a focused team outcome. For larger groups, email hello@b3prompt.com and we will shape the room around your work.
